Our transition from Agency to Consultancy
For those this clients who have worked with 1st Stop Recruitment over the years I am sure that they will pay testimony to the fact that we have always been a client-centric business. It is quite simply an approach that we are committed to and one that has served us well for (over) the last 20 years or so. We have always worked very closely with our clients and encourage and value their feedback.
In the middle of last year, more and more of our clients were asking for additional help, some had HR related issues, some with payroll. It got us thinking…. As a team we got together and started discussing how we as an Agency might better support these client inquiries. Out of those discussions we formed a strategy and we are delighted to announce that we are now nearing the end of an exciting journey, our transition from Recruitment Agency to Recruitment Consultancy
Now what does that actually mean for our clients? In essence, 1st Stop (and out clients) now have access to a range of carefully vetted professional partners who can deliver additional business consultancy support to our clients. All practitioners are experts in their field and whose work is known to us on a professional level. We can now offer services including:
- HR/Employment Law
- Payroll (PAYE and Umbrella)
- Business Transformation
- Project Management
- IT Support and Security
to name but a few! We are also about to launch our new Client Resource Center for those clients who have signed up for Premium membership. This resource is free of charge and delivers a library of information, documentation, letters , forms, guidance, legislation updates and news around recruitment and related business disciplines – AT NO CHARGE TO MEMBERS.
Why are we doing this? We have continued to work with clients and candidates alike though this difficult time and it has made us even more determined to complete the transformation so we can deliver enhanced levels of support to our clients and so we as a business can remain more agile and responsive to those we work alongside.
